By means of this privacy policy, Azienda Agricola Noventa Pierangelo intends to explain the procedures by which the website is managed, with particular reference to the purposes and procedures by which the personal data of users who consult it are collected, recorded and processed. This document refers solely to the site and not to any other websites users may consult via links provided on the pages of the aforementioned sites. The website is controlled and managed by Azienda Agricola Noventa Pierangelo, Data Controller for the personal data collected on it, with registered office at Botticino Mattina (Brescia, Italy), via Merano 26. This privacy policy, addressed to all those who interact with the web services of Azienda Agricola Noventa Pierangelo, is intended to meet the requirements of Reg. (EU) no. 679/2016 (the “Regulation”) and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – (“Data Protection Code”) and is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted by the European data protection authorities, meeting as the Working Party established by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, on 17 May 2001 to set a number of minimum requirements for the on-line acquisition of personal data, and especially procedures, times, and the information the data controllers are required to provide to users when they log on to web pages, regardless of their reason for doing so.

The data might be used in order to identify those responsible in the event of cybercrimes against the website; except in this case, data concerning web contacts are not stored for more than seven days.
